🚨Problem

Users faced difficulty navigating vehicle inspection steps, leading to confusion and delays in completing the process.

🎯Project Goal

The goal was to simplify the inspection workflow, improve clarity of information, and enable users to complete tasks faster with fewer errors.

👤My Role

I worked as a UI/UX Designer, responsible for user flow creation, wireframing, visual design, and prototyping the complete experience.

🔄User Flow Section

Designed a structured user flow to map each step of the inspection process, identify friction points, and ensure a smooth and logical user journey.

🧪 User Testing

Conducted usability testing to evaluate the flow and identify issues in navigation and interaction.
